The 15” Pure Alloy Extra Hammered Hihats feature a medium-thin top and medium bottom with additional hammering throughout. Sounding pre-EQ’d, they have a dry attack in the upper-mid frequencies giving them a clear and focused voice. Additionally, there is a hint of sizzle and crunch in the low end creating rich warmth for a naturally compressed response. Open the top cymbal for thick barks, and close them for a dry foot chick. Fully opened, they present a robust wash that has plenty of volume and push.
