The Ludwig 5" x 14" Copper Phonic snare drum boasts a thick 1.2mm seamless raw copper shell adorned with imperial lugs. The copper contains some natural patina and has been lightly lacquered, giving you that vintage appeal right out of the box. This drum opens up well in a variety of environments. It boasts rich, complex, and dark overtones, a warmer alternative to the classic Supraphonic shell.
